What is the difference between the two bowl shapes?

The Daily Bowl is wide and shallow, measuring 8 × 2.25 inches. The Soup Bowl has a deeper shape and measures 7 × 3 inches. Both hold 28 fl oz (3.5 cups). Check the individual listing for the exact color, dimensions, and details.

What are the bowls made from?

The listed Daily Bowls and Soup Bowls are glazed stoneware with a hand-finished contrast rim. Glaze appearance can vary naturally. Product photos and the selected color name identify the bowl you are ordering.

Can I put them in the dishwasher or microwave?

Yes, the bowls in this collection are dishwasher and microwave safe. Do not use them on a stovetop, over an open flame, under a broiler, or in a preheated oven. See our Materials & Care page for care guidance.

Are the bowls in stock?

We hold the products in our warehouse. The available quantity is shown on each product page and changes as stock is sold. Orders ship from that inventory.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on eligible United States orders, with no minimum purchase. We do not offer international delivery. Checkout confirms whether we can ship to your address.

When should my order arrive?

Processing takes 1 business day, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. The overall estimate is 3–5 business days. Weekends and United States public holidays are not business days; carrier delays can affect arrival.

Can I return a bowl?

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Standard returns must be unused, unaltered, complete, and in their original packaging. Approved eligible returns receive a prepaid return label and have no restocking fee.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packing materials while we review the issue and send instructions.

How can I pay?

Use PayPal at checkout. Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars, and the full order total is displayed before you authorize payment.

Can I visit or collect an order?

Our Los Angeles address is a business address, not a walk-in store or collection point. Orders are placed online and shipped from our warehouse.

How do I track an order?
